Professional, knowledgable of market, couteous of my time and above all, great negotiator! Met Bill via neighbor's sale where I was impressed with his knowledge of the market and breadth of industry areas he was involved (educator, sales rep, numerous levels of industry achievement). Salavaged that neighbor's sale after it appeared dead in the water over an incorrect home inspection plumbing statement. Never considered anyone else to handle my home sale after that. At his suggestion, put on market at ThxGvg to catch early arriving snow birds for the season. Majority of activity at beginning was due to his introducing my home to the market (open houses, couple showings), but then the activity went silent (Xmas/New Yr holidays). After becoming a bit anxious that we might be priced too high, he settled me down with assurances that we were well priced and that more activity was soon coming with the return of larger flock of birds. He was dead-on right, and in early Jan over a 10 day period, had 7 showings, including one prospective buyer coming through a 2nd time in as many days. That lead to a full price offer the next day. With some of his negotiating skills in play, we managed the issues presented with both sides coming out winners. Can't say enough about Bill's competence as as realtor, from correctly pricing my unit to his recommendations on quality contractors to use for minor repairs. So Patient, Understanding & Knowledgeable! I met Dolores in the Fall of 2017 while going through a divorce. We looked at houses on and off for a year and a half and purchased a home summer of 2019. I was looking for a home in The Farms and her experience & knowledge about the area is invaluable! She got to know me and was able to recommend houses that fit me, my girls & our dogs! As things happened in my personal life Dolores was there to support me in what ever way I needed, even if that meant I randomly texted houses once or twice a month to get her opinion. Several times I liked a house on paper and she told me it wasn’t a good fit, but I insisted on seeing it, and she was always right! As I neared finalizing of my divorce she was ready to go and helped me find just the right house. After we saw it she knew I would put an offer in that day.
